  • Below each product description on our website are wash care instructions.
  • It is imperative that you carefully follow these washing and dry-cleaning recommendations.
  • Please refrain from directly applying deodorant, mist, or perfume on the dress, especially if it has Gold & Silver Prints.Every garment has a unique fit and drape. Each garment’s cut, materials, and styling all affect how it fits.
  • Some will be more loose-fitting than others. You can decide based on your body size with the aid of our Sizing chart.
  • Our team personally sources all of the excellent fabrics we use for our clothing. All of our prints are hand-blocked printed, therefore some variations between batches of prints are possible. While every photograph is taken to look as near to the genuine object ordered as possible for representational purposes, there may be little hue changes from the final product.
  • For the majority of our products, we employ a “all over print” design, and the placement of the artwork may alter from what is shown in the image.
  • There may be a slight hue change from the product’s displayed image.There are occasions when the perspective of an eye cannot be replicated by a camera or computer screen. Unavoidable slight differences exist.
  • This item is vegetable dyed and hand-block printed. A hallmark of handcrafted goods, the print may have very minor imperfections in the design and colours as a result of human involvement in the production process.
  • The fabric may rub dry or bleed colour the first time it comes in contact with water because it was dyed using natural, vegetable dyes.
  • Gad, Reikh, and Datta Blocks: The gad block, which is used to print big background figures and produces a very faint zigzag border effect on the fabric, is carved in intaglio, while the rekh and datta blocks are carved entirely in relief. The outline of the pattern is likewise delineated by rekh blocks.

Washing Care: 

  • Handwashing with a gentle detergent is advised. Avoid soaking cotton dresses and washing them with other items. Dry completely in the shade.Dry cleaning is preferred, however hand washing is OK.
  • By taking appropriate care of your garments, you may prolong their appearance and freshness.
  • Your cotton clothing will last longer if you follow the guidelines below.
  • Water is valuable. Only wash clothes if absolutely required. To keep them fresh for use a few times, air it out after each use.
  • Hand wash all of our clothing. They should not be placed in a dryer or washing machine.
  • All of our cotton fabrics are hand-loomed or hand-block printed, and some shrinking is possible.
  • When using scents on handmade clothing, extreme caution must be taken because the components could fade prints or leave stains. It’s preferable to lightly mist the air in front of you before walking right into the spritz.
  • Some textiles, like Indigo, may shed extra colour. Some block-printed and ikat textiles are prone to excessive bleeding. In these circumstances, it is advisable that you have the clothes dry cleaned by a reputable dry cleaner. In other situations, delicately hand wash the clothing.

Sorting

Arrange clothing by colour. Only wash clothes that are the same colour together.

Soaking

In a bucket of cold water that is halfway full, add a tiny amount of mild detergent. Five minutes should be spent soaking the item in the soapy solution. Don’t soak for an extended period of time. All pre-soaked clothing needs to be laundered right away.

Rinsing

You can use your hands to gently rub the dirty spots. Never use a brush or a bar of soap that is solid. Rinse the item several times in cold water to completely remove the detergent.

Starching

A last dip in a thinned-out liquid starch solution will give the garment a crisp finish. Don’t squeeze too hard.

Drying

Colour fading occurs when clothing are dried outside in the sun. So, leave them outside to dry over the evenings.

Storage

Clothing should be kept in a dark, cool location away from direct sunlight. Keep white and light-colored clothing separate from those that are darker in hue. Aromatic sachets can be used to eliminate cabinet odours.

Blends Of Silk And Silk

Fabrics made of silk or a combination of silk must only be dry cleaned. Keep in cloth covers with a few scented sachets and store with care.
